Eszti is a passionate explorer of the planet Earth. She recently started to combine travel with volunteering, spending some time at a wildlife sanctuary in Namibia, and at a small school in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She also loves dogs, and spending time with them is the best way she knows to recharge her batteries. Eszti loves concerts, books and good movies, too.

Ahmed is truly an adventurer. Outside of work, you will often find him going for a long drive or walk, especially on snowy winter nights. He may also be hiking to the top of Afghanistan's snow-covered mountains. At Acasus, Ahmed has combined his work with his passion. He gets to drive to the eight provinces he is responsible for, along with visiting health facilities and exploring new places. For these reasons, he considers himself blessed.

(Head of Recruitment and HR)

Dóra leads global Recruitment and HR at Acasus. She joined the Budapest team in 2020, first heading recruitment before expanding her role. With experience in corporate recruitment since 2017, she has led internationally, working across European and developing markets.

(Recruiting Team Lead)

Blanka holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership with an HR focus. She joined Acasus in 2021 and now leads one of the recruitment teams, overseeing global hiring across Asia, Africa, and Europe, with strong end-to-end experience and expertise in large-scale campaigns.

Emese holds a BA and MA in psychology and began her recruitment career in 2018. Since joining Acasus in 2022, she drives end-to-end recruitment across regions and seniority levels, leads a small team of recruiters as one of three recruiting leads, and contributes to internal communication and global knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Katharina holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology. Since November 2022, she has been with Acasus, leading end-to-end recruitment across continents, supporting organizational development and managing large-scale campaigns. She is currently pursuing post-master's studies in Organizational and Leadership Development Psychology.

Melinda Friesenhahn

(Recruiting Specialist)

Melinda joined Acasus in 2024 as a Recruitment Specialist. She started working in recruitment in 2022, having gained experience in both agency and corporate settings, previously focusing mainly on the IT sector. Earlier in her career she had the chance to work in various countries and try herself in international environments. She holds a degree in Psychology, which provides her with valuable insights and tools in her work as a recruiter as well.

Emese holds a BA in French and Spanish studies and an MA in Translation and Interpreting. After starting her career in translation, she moved into recruitment in 2021, supporting IT and pharmaceutical clients. Since joining Acasus in 2023, she has been hiring for roles from entry to senior level across regions and she also manages university partnerships.

Máté holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and began his recruitment career in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a multinational IT company. He joined Acasus in 2023 as a Recruitment Specialist, supporting hiring in Hungary and developing countries. He is also involved in internal training to strengthen recruitment capabilities across the organisation.
