Blanka holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership, specialising in HR and Organisational Development from a renowned Hungarian university of economics. She started her recruitment career as an intern at a large telecommunications company. She joined Acasus in 2021, and since then has been supporting recruitment processes in several countries across Asia, Africa and Europe. In addition to being involved in end-to-end recruitment, she focuses on how to improve the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
