How will you make an impact?
As an Associate, you will use data to support the government in improving healthcare outcomes for citizens in Afghanistan. Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous.
Tasks and responsibilities

Plan, execute and capture insights from the field.

Use data and other information for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Plan and develop strategies to improve the lives of citizens.

Design and implement new systems, and improve existing ones to improve project outcomes.

Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes.

Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary.

Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials and international partners.

Assess international evidence and learn lessons about pragmatic solutions.
We're looking for

1+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
-
Previous experience in the public sector is an advantage.
-
A proven track record of working in Afghanistan.

Excellent English, and Dari or Pashto.

Strong analytical skills.
