Tasks and responsibilities

• Actively searching for potential candidates
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Reaching out to potential team members
• Reviewing incoming job applicants
• Other HR related project ownership (social media, onboarding and offboarding, training, knowledge management)
• Daily, weekly and ad-hoc reporting to the management team

What we look for

• Proven work experience in end-to-end recruitment 
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• EU citizenship 
• Excellent communication skills
• The drive to deliver ambitious goals
• Proactive work ethic
• Openness to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic recruitment environment
• Experience in HR projects is a plus
