How will you make an impact?

This is not a typical recruiter role. You will be looking for exceptional candidates in a niche market, helping to hire the next generation of consultants who will drive reforms in health and education systems and create meaningful change in low- and middle-income countries worldwide. Our recruitment team is dedicated to high-quality hiring, and you will play a key role in attracting talent to a company where real impact is made.

As a Recruitment Specialist,  you will not only manage end-to-end recruitment but also coordinate with hiring managers and help refine and improve recruitment processes.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including position kickoffs, job advertisements, active sourcing, competency-based interviewing, coordination of interviews.

  • Deliver high-quality hires within reasonable timeframes, maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Drive recruitment across diverse global markets, including Afghanistan, Chad, the DRC, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, the UAE, and Switzerland.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help identify effective ways to attract strong candidates.

  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing practical ideas.

  • Drive or contribute to smaller side projects while managing business-as-usual recruitment.

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, maintaining up-to-date records and sharing daily/weekly updates with team leads and hiring managers.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, HR, or a related field.

  • Due to legal and compliance requirements, this position is open only to EU citizens.

  • Proven experience in recruitment processes including active sourcing strategies, candidate interviewing and evaluation.

  • Excellent English (written and spoken); French or Portuguese a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient; able to work independently and manage competing priorities.

  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new tools and methods.

  • Commitment to high-quality hiring and outstanding candidate experience.
