Katharina holds a degree in clinical psychology, and began her career in human resources as an intern while still in university. Since November 2022, she has been a full-time professional at Acasus, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple continents, including Africa, Asia and Europe. In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, she is also responsible for a range of organisational development activities.
